Full week ahead

Good Morning,

 This is just a quick update before work.

This week is a full week. Work and school everyday, hopefully not school on Thursday just work and then just work on Friday.

Yesterday we went back to Chestnut Mountain. It was awesome. Then went to lunch with some college people I met. Came home helped undo Christmas stuff. Had dinner Tried to workout on the new olypitical but it was freaking me out more then helping, so I just did the bike. Took a shower, and worked on school work for three hours last night.

Thats about it in a nut shell. I hope everyone who starts back to school today has a great day.

Sleepy Saturday

Hello,

Today has been pretty good. I got up at 10 this morning and went and met my trainer at the gym, and we worked out fo an hour. Or I should say I wourked out for an hour, she just told me what to do. Then I came home and cleaned my room, bathroom,and office. Then got online for a while, talked to Jaime on the phone, had lunch, and took a shower. I was planning on reading after my shower, but that didn’t happen. I laide down to read and fell asleep.  My brother comes home and wakes me up with his tv blasting, he comes in my room and says you been sleeping all day, and I said no. He says well I am going to the mall. I asked him if I could go, and he said no. So much for that. I think he was going to see a movie with my uncle.

I think I slept for three hours. I must of been tired or something because that wasn’t the plan. Then I wokr to my phone ringing. It was my dad asking me what I wanted from McDonalds. Of course, they go out to Applebee while ther out for seven hours today, and I get to eat McDonalds. Anyways then I watched a lifetime movie and a discovery health channel show. Now I on here and about to go to bed soon.

We are going back to Chestnut Mountain Church tomorrow, we seem to really like it there last week. I am not sure if I am going to go to the 10am service or just go to my class at 11:30.  Then I need to get some school things ready for Monday and stuff like that. Hopefully I can get some reading done but that has yet to happen today. Maybe I will for a while before I go to sleep tonight.

Friends and Friday

Hey,

Yesterday went pretty well. Work was good. I was about an hour late to school. Once I got there we sorted some things out and then I went and found my classroom for my Tuesday class. Then came back and printed off some stuff.

After school Kaylee came to pick me up. We went back to her house and had some yummy chinese food. Then Katie came over and we just hung out, switched Christmas gifts and birthday gifts for Katie. Then we talked in the basement for a while, and then watched Yours,Mine, and Ours.

After the movie Katie went home and Kaylee and I got ready for bed and took meds and started talking. We went to be around 1am I think. Then this morning I got ready is approximatly 23minutes and then she got ready and we went to MCD’s and then she brought me to work.

Work went well, we got paid today and it was kind of a slow day not too much going on. Then my dad picked me up and we went by the bacnk to put my check and then headed home. He dropped me off and I got online and did a couple things for school, took a shower, had a two hour nap, had subway, doing some more things for school, talked to Laura online, (she is in Disney right now), and now just writing on this thing.

Tomorro I have workout and I think that is about it. Going to get some reading done, hopefully. I am reading Redeeming Love, then probably going to get some orgaization done with notes and stuff for school between the next two days. Of course, Saturdays is always cleaning day. We usually have to clean befor we do anything else. This includes bedroom, bathroom, and office for me.

Oh and I just found out tonight I might be going on a five day cruise to Jamacia in April. Never been on a cruise before in all the 20 years of my life.

Back to the routine

Well, it was back to work for me today. It went pretty well. Not too too busy, just checked 21 messages and then worked on gala stuff. My boss and coworker fixed the speaker that I page people on. 

After work we went the post office and then came home and I got a call from CVI, the people that are going to give me my bioptics and train me with them. I go on the 15th to pick them up and make sure they fit and all. I am just praying that whatever happens will be God’s will for me, and that if i should go through with it then bring it on but if not he would take everything about it totally away. They said it may or may not work and not to get my hopes up. Then we went to a new Japenese restaurant, it was yummy. Then to pick a few things up at Walmart.

Tomorrow school starts. I wish my classes were already posted so I culd get a head start on reading things while I am at work tomorrow. Please pray for me, I am not sure what all will happen tomorrow when I get to school. They are trying to change my business math class so that I don’t have to take it online and so that they can just enlarge things for me as the teacher gives them out. I don’t know if its going to workout though. I will just wait and find out tomorrow. I already have one class on campus and it is on tuesday afternoons from 3to 5:40. Hopefully everything will work out.

 Then I am haning out with Kaylee tomorow night. I am actually going to sleep over ather house. One so we have more time to hang out but the big reason is so that she dosent’t have to pick me up from school and then we go out and then bring me back home and drive back to her house. Plus both of our work places are close to each other so that is good.

I should probably go do something with my wet hair and then finish packing for Klee’s and go to sleep. I am still trying to get back in the swing of things.

Happy New Year

I AM FINALLY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

 Hello,

Long time no post, I know. How was y’alls holiday? Mine was great and now over in a few hours. I am sorry I got lost of this thing. Things got busy with finals and I was having a lot of neck problems with my laptop. Santa was really good to me, he brought me a new computer for Christmas.

 The first day of the new year has been good. Woke up this morning to my mom screaming at my brother to getup and find his dogs who had gotten out of the gate. The wind blew the gate open we think. Anyways, luckily they were just across the street. Then I got ready and worked on some gala stuff for work. At 12 we went to my uncle’s for  lunch. It was sooo good. I ate probably way too much.  We were there for a few hours just hanging out and stuff. Then we came home and Jaime and Laura came to pick me up. We went to Chilli’s. I wasn’t hungry really but got some food for dinner tonight and then we came back and they looked at my basement. We finished a room in the basement. Then they hurried out to be at home to be with their families. It was nice to be spending part of the first day of the year with them.  I came home and got the Internet hooked up to my new computer, finally. Then worked on more work stuff, tried on some jeans which only one out of like five fit, then ate dinner and now have watched both the premier of biggest loser and part of the UGA game. GO DAWGS!!!!! Last I saw we were winning 14 to 0.

Now its about bed time for me. Work starts back tomorrow after having a weekend and a half off. Then school starts back on Thursday. I am hoping to be able to write more prayers for Psalms and continue with the walking on water bible study. I also am doing a Beth Moore study as well or at-least trying to do it. 

Please pray for me as I start my routine back and that I will find time for quiet time and other things and God will keep me energized. Also, pray for my stomach issues they are sitll as they have been and we are working on getting them better but still need to try some different things. I am praying that the Lord will put me on all the right meds he wants me on, and that my stomach will quit involving itself into my life more than it needs too.

It Has Been A While

Good Morning,

Yes, I know it has been a while since I have updated. I am sorry, my keyboarding class is killing my figers, haha. Therefore, by the time I get home at nigt I don’t want to type much. Thursday, I was at school until 6:30 then we wen to Papa Jacks for dinne, its a country food place close to our house. Then I cam home and took a midterm and then an nglish test, and then I crashed. I made an 81 on the midterm though.

Friday, work went well ,  my stomach didn’t feel well all day though. I think it was just my IBS acting up. Then after work I went to workout. Well I benched again this time doing incline and regular 3 sets of 10 on each and 2 sets of 5 on each.  My shoulders are still really sore. They were so tiff afer workout  could hardly mov them. Then came home and ate soe homemade pot roast mamma made. Then I went upstairs was trying to find something to do but everyone was already doing things. So around 5:30 I fell asleep, well guess what time I woke up 9:30 the next morning. Didn’t plan on sleeping that long. It just happened I guess. See I was going to just rest for a little while and then get up and update this thing, but that didn’t happen.

Saturday, I woke up and cleaned. Then got ready and went to the denist. I am not very fond of the dentist.  I didn’t hve any cavities, just have to work on my gums a little more. Then I went to this consinment store, found a jacket, a pair of pants and an overnight bag set. Then went to my bro’s bball game. Then my mom and I left and got chick-fa-lay Came home had dinner watched a movie then went to bed.

Yesterday, church was good, will update more on that later. We went to eat mexican afterwards. Then i came home and cleaned my bathroom, then took a nap. Then watched some TV had dinner, then did some bible study and went to bed.

Catching Up

Hey,

I am a day or so behid, so I am trying to catch up, school and workout and stuff hav been getting the best of me. Like today we had a meeting after work left at 4:30 went to the school and worked until 7:20  Just got home a little bit a go. We went to Waffle House for dinner. It was yummy and  was starving didn’t have lunch. Then went and got some meds.  Then came home and cleaned bc we have ppl coming to do the things they didn’t do before we  moved in. So now I am pretty much exhausted. So I didn’t  get to type my morning notes today, but possibly tomorrow or if not then I will catch up for the whole week on Friday night. Wow, I haven’t written any Psalms prayers either yet. Will get to them.

Wow, so workout was awesome yesterday. I was praying for rain because we need it but also so I wouldn’t have to run up and down the hill 15 times. Really hard especially for a person who is unbalanced like me. Then  the trainer measured me and I have lost 6 percent body fat and 7 inches in 2 months. I am down to 34 percent body fat. Great for a woman is 25 percent. That was awesome to hear. Then I got to do bench press which I haven’t doe in almost a year. I felt like a dork though i did 95 pounds 6 times twice which is what use to be my warm up. .

 Well I think that is all for now. I am going to go get some shut eye and be ready to wake up at 6am.

Magnifcent Monday

Good Morning,

My Monday went alright. Work was pretty good. Just the normal stuff. After work I went to school and worked on stuff for my keyboarding class. Then Laura picked me up from school, and we went to Arby’s. Then w went to our bible study. I thought our discussion went very well.

After bible study went home and wrote a prayer out for a little boy named Ronnie, he is a little boy at an apartment complex in Dekab. You go and check out Whirlwind Missions site and one of the missionaries Ashley also has blog, and that’s where the prayer will be posted. Then I emailed a couple people and went to bed.

I have started a new book/bible study in the mornings. Its called If You Want To Walk on Water, You’ve Got to Get Out of the Boat.

Chapter One: On Water Walking

A. Introduction

          -Every day we continue on our journey

                >only getting one trip

               >it can be an uncertain ride sometimes

          -this story is based on faith and fear

               >these two things have drawn to the story of Peter getting out of the boat and walking on water with Christ

          -One of the greatest pictures in Scripture

               >shows extreme discipleship

B. Water-Walkers Recognize Gods Presence

          -Overview

               >Peter and others got into a boat without Jesus

               >a storm came

               >they saw a shadow of a human being walking on water

               >it was Jesus

               >the disciples thought he was a ghost

                    *they were terrified and were in fear

          -Matthew states that the disciples on the boat might not of seen Jesus because

               >sometimes it takes eyes of faith to see when Jesus is around us

          -often in the mist of our own storms

               >we aren’t any better at recognizing Jesus, then the disciples were

????? What was Jesus up to, walking on water at three o’clock in the morning? ?????

          -Mark gives us some clue

               >Mark tells us that Jesus wanted to pass the boat of disciples by when walking on the lake

              >Jesus has his moments where in our lives he just wants to make striking or temporary appearances

                    *God dose this to communicate massages to us

               >God wants to get our attention

                    *usually God is calling us to do something extraordinary

                     *any time God calls us we can become afraid

                    “when we say yes and obey his calling

                         =we will experience God’s power in our lives

          -When God was walking on water

               >he was showing his power and precence

          -Jesus thought it was time the diciples learned more about him

               >He told them

                    *”You can trust me”

                    *”You know my character and my competence”

                   *”You can safely place your destiny in my hands”

                  *”Take Courage”

          -Jesus often comes when least expected

          -”human extremity is the frequent meeting place with God”

          -If I am not looking for God, I just might miss hm

          -There are several different ways the other 11 disciples could of responded to God’s voice

         -Peter was about to become a water-walker

               >he recognized the presence of God

               >realized this was an extra ordinary opportunity for spiritual growth

Telescope

Today was an overall pretty good day. A kind of chilly day. Woke up to the smell of banana nut bread baking in the oven. I went to church and that went well, I loved the message on Loving God. We only had 38 people all together today. Be praying that God will do his will for the church, so we cn grow.

We came home and I decided I was going to actually use my new telescope today. I received a telescope from Vocational Rehab. They are a place that helps me out while in school. They purchased a telescope for me to help me see things far away. I decided I would go to my brothers baseball game and watch him play through the telescope. It was cool I was actually able to see him, and he hit a ball in the out field I think it actually went to the fence. The team won, I think 7 to 5 or something like that.

After the game we went to Old Charley’s for dinner. I brought mine home to eat because my stomach wasn’t feeling well, and we had a long dive home. He plays in Snellville so its about a 40 to 45 minute drive home. I came home and ate and then have been working on updating my site ever since then.

Well  tomorrow is Monday morning. I guess my weekend went okay after all. I should probably go now though so I can get ready for my busy day tomorrow, and also get some rest.
